The latest addition to the Covent Garden restaurant scene, Le Deuxième
is owned and managed by the same team as Le
Cafe Du Jardin.
After a long search for a suitable site that was close enough to Le Cafe
Du Jardin to allow the same hands on approach of the owners, Le Deuxième
was opened in September 2001 by the same team that continue to run Le
Cafe Du Jardin so successfully.
The aim was to create a smaller and more intimate dining space where the
owner's passion for food and wine could be further explored and the emphasis
put firmly back on providing quality and hospitality for guests rather
than size and media hype.
